The Peony Project
Week 3 Update
For the 3rd week of The Peony Project, I have painted my first piece, with a bit of detail left to add. Attached is a photo of this piece which also shows my workspace. I plan to add a bit more detail as well as the labelling and the stem. The specific variety of peony shown in this painting is a Single Peony, known for its single row of broad petals and a yellow center.
