Week 4 Update
This week I bought some supplies to begin finalizing my project. I bought an assortment of papers, linoleum printmaking supplies, a silver brush pen, and an accordion book set. I chose eggshell, light green, forest green, black, and rust colored papers. I wanted to do more neutral colors but decided to add in some earthier tones. I plan on using the silver brush pen to add more visual interest.
While my original plan was to create a book featuring a variety of animals, I have been very interested in crows recently. I have decided to focus on crows as my subject and to create an artist book of them.The final drawings will also be a mix of printmaking and ink drawings.
