Korena Watson is an Illustration major in the class of 2024
I've always enjoyed art and nature, particularly drawing people and plants are my favorite. My favorite mediums are pencil, micron pen, and watercolor.
Project name: Anatomy of a Leopard Slug
I plan to draw and outline the body of a leopard slug, since I am very familiar with this specific kind. I plan to draw its body and its insides. I want to add interesting facts and tidbits about them, as I've always loved little creepy crawlies. As a kid and had no idea about them except for what I could see with my own eyes. I hope it rains so I can go in my backyard and find a few leopard slugs of my own to photograph for the project.
