Freshwater Crayfish: Week 4

This week, I finished all the components of the model, and secured them together. All that's left to add is the color and the embellishments for visual detail.
The skinny eight walking legs were stuffed with wire in order to be bendable.

North America is home to the most diverse distribution of crayfish. 0ver 300 hundred species all in the Cambaridae family can be found in North America. Australia has over 100 different species including three of the largest crayfish species:

-Astacopsis gouldi (Tasmanian Giant) (11 lbs.)

-Euastacus armatus (Murray crayfish) (6 lbs.)

-Cherax tenuimanus (Hairy Marron) (5 lbs.)
